Class 2 – Fitness

Class 2 started their fitness topic in PE today. To get an idea of what our fitness was like, we completed a circuit of 1 minuite stations.  It was a lot of fun combined with a lot of sweat and puffing!

We then set ourselves some short (3-4weeks) targets and some long term (8-10weeks) targets. We are optimistic that our results will be better.
