Breakout, Pizza and Sweets

The P7s had a super trip out to compete in the Breakout Games. Mrs Mackinnon’s team managed to escape with 12 seconds to go – well done Ellie, Maree and Kirsten. Unfortunately Archie, Ethan and Katie were locked in with Mrs Beattie.

It was lots of fun and was not as easy as we anticipated. It really taxed our brains. However, we were rewarded with pizza and a trip to the new sweet shop.

Overall, I think everyone had a super day.

Class 1 – Tasty Topic Snacks

Class 1 had a great day today making snacks using some of the vegetables and herbs we planted and nurtured during our ‘Grow, Grow, Grow’ topic.

We picked and prepared lettuce, chives and parsley to make lettuce wraps, a potato salad and a green salad. We also added Ben’s delicious home-grown mint and boiled some yummy eggs provided by Euan’s chickens! Thank you very much boys, and thank you to Mrs Paul for supplying the potatoes. 👍🏻

Everyone really enjoyed themselves. A very tasty Tuesday indeed! 😋😊

Class 2 Enterprise

Thank you so much to everyone who came and took part in Class 2s Enterprise afternoon.  The total raised will be announced tomorrow.

A massive thank you to Tesco Inshes who donated lots of fantastic prizes for our raffle.

The silent auction is a beautiful framed photo of Daviot church. We have decided to keep the bidding open until 12pm on Wednesday. The current bid is £35. If you would like to bid please email Mrs Beattie.
