Today Class 2 had Bob and James from the Fishery Trust in class to teach us all about fish found in a river . The children were very enthusiastic and had some great questions to ask.
During our visit we were able to make a mink raft that will help us observe and track what wildlife is present on the River Nairn ( river across the A9).
Bob and James plan to visit the class various times throughout the year to continue their work with the class. Next Wednesday the children will visit the raft to observe/collate any prints found.
We had a super morning and can’t wait to work with Bob and James throughout the year.
