Representatives from Breedon at the Quarry will be visiting us tomorrow to work on road safety. They will focus on safety around lorries.
We will be looking at black spots within the vehicle and how to ensure we stay a safe distance away.
Pictures will follow tomorrow.
To celebrate the amazing total raised from the Vintage Tractor Rally, we have decided to have a ‘No Uniform Day’ this Friday.
Children should wear something appropriate for school. No football tops please and remember suitable footwear as we will be out at break and lunch times.
Well done Team Daviot!
For those attending the Cross Country Championships, please remember to come dressed for the competition (most have tracksuits, others to wear school top and sports trousers).
Everyone will require a water bottle, packed lunch and warm, waterproof clothing.
We look forward to hearing all about it on their return (around 12.15pm).
Class 1 spent this afternoon making their own obstacle courses in the playground. They were able to talk about how their courses benefited their health and fitness, explaining which parts of the body were being exercised. Great imagination and teamwork were on display, as well as a lot of written numbers, labels and positional language. A very active session!
