School Photography Competition

After Evette’s stunning competition win, I would like to draw pupils’ attention to ScottishPower Foundation’s photography competition. It is called Energise, and it is aimed at all schools in Scotland (part of the Get Energised initiative with National Museums Scotland).

The Energise photography competition encourages pupils aged 9-14 to think about and capture their own interpretation of the word ‘energy’ – this could be anything from a wind turbine or crashing waves, to someone taking part in a sporting activity.

The winning entry will win a GoPro camera for the school, in addition to having their photograph on display in the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.

All pupils need to do is send their photograph and contact details including the name of their school to spfoundation@stripecommunications.com or by post to:

Team Foundation,
Stripe Communications,
86/3 Commercial Quay,
Edinburgh,
EH6 6LX

Entries are open until Friday, 2 June.
