I want to say a BIG thank you to the Class 2 pupils who are reading and replying to the blog tonight. I love every message. Go Team Daviot!
I’m just adding a quick post to remind Class 2 pupils that they are at the Shinty Festival tomorrow afternoon. Please remember PE kits, trainers, water bottles and packed lunches. Children will also need to be picked up from school at approximately 3.20. Thanks for your support.
P1 to P7 dancing together – just brilliant!
The aim of this year’s competition is to produce innovations that will improve the lives of people who have conditions that limit their ability to do things the rest of us take for granted. Inventions could range from technology which helps athletes win a medal in the Paralympics, aids visual impairment or learning difficulties, to those which uses music therapy to help mental health. PA believe this initiative will drive great innovations – from helping people with physical impairments to operate everyday IT and computers, to inventing wearable technology to enable better learning. Team Daviot have thought of some amazing ideas already, and we can’t wait to start building and coding!

I’m just adding a quick post to remind Class 2 pupils to bring their shinty permission slips into school tomorrow. Thanks.
I’m thrilled to announce that I have managed to get Class 2 into Eden Court’s Burns Night Schools Project. There is an overview of the project below, and more details will be posted soon. It should be brilliant!
